  6. OF THE GAME CONSTITUES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.

  8. You are hereby granted a license to use QUATRA COMMAND on an evaluation
  9. basis for a period not to exceed 21 DAYS from date of aquisition. If 
  10. after this period has expired, you wish to keep using this program in any
  11. capacity what so ever, by law it must be registered. Failure to do so
  12. constitutes breach of this contract, and may result in legal action being
  13. initiated. PLAYDOE ENTERTAINMENT reserves all expressed and implied rights to 
  14. QUATRA COMMAND. QUATRA COMMAND may not be sold or distributed for compensation
  15. without the express written consent of PLAYDOE ENTERTAINMENT. Under this
  16. agreement distributors are granted a limited license to distribute the 
  17. unregistered version of QUATRA COMMAND free of charge, excepte for a disk
  18. copying and media fee not to exceed $3.00. (Distributors please contact
  19. PLAYDOE ENTERTAINMENT for information on our other programs.)

  24. to any damages that may arise from usage of their products. The program is
  25. supplied "as is". The entire risk as to its' quality and performance is with
  26. the buyer.

  29. Thanks for your interest in Quatra Command, To install the program: 
  30. From the File Manager, Select Run from the File Menu,
  31. in the box that appears... Type  INSTALL A: C:
  32. where A: is the source drive, where all the file are located
  33. and
  34. where C: is the destination drive, where all the files are to be copied.
  35.  
  36. This will create the directory PLAYDOE on the destination drive.
  37.  
  38. from the File Manager, double click on Quatra.exe. Otherwise, from the Run 
  39. dialog box, browse to the directory where Quatra.exe is located, and choose that 
  40. file.

  42. The following files should be included in your copy of The Quatra Command:

  70. PLEASE NOTE:  As Quatra Command is a very color intensive game, you may encounter 
  71. slight RGB (Red Green Blue Pallette structure) color differences while running 
  72. another color intensive application.  These differences can inhibit game play.
